I have installed the Uploader freeware version on a server running Microsoft-IIS/5.0 in a password-protected subweb. When I access the demo page tfu.htm (after logging in with the subweb username/password)I get the error "TWG Flash Uploaderundefined" in the header bar at the top of the flash window. The file example.jpg does not show up on the left list. There is no tfu.log file. What does this error mean?

seems like when the flash tries to call it's tfu_readDir it cannot read it properly.

does it work if you don't use you login - maybe the call from the flash gets a login windows too and this cannot be handled of course.

you are using .htaccess?

I have disabled the username/password feature but I still get the same error.

I am not using .htaccess.

Thanks

do you have access to your serverlogs?

Then you can check if the file is accessed properly and maybe an error is shown there. the Falsh only tries to connect to the tfu_readDir.php
and this seems to return nothing.

you can debug by yourself really easy - you can use the method debug(); in the tfu_readDir.php and this output goes to the tfu.log.
