As in subject; I run TWG in Polish language, then I want to use Polish words in tags, but now some of Polish letters are spoiled - example: 'ą' becomes '?'

Yes, I guess so - in source of webpage I see UTF-8 declaration;

In front end of TWG I do login, and on particular picture I click 'Tags' > pop-up shows and in this simple form I add my tags.

Is there any other way to add tags? :-o

I always have them in IPTC files of the images itself.

But this way should work as good. I'll check this with the tags - maybe somewhere I don't encode.

My photos are pure bitmaps without addition IPTC or EXIFF.

IMVHO suspect are JavaScripts used to produce this fancy pop-ups ... (but I'am not programmer, just end-user)

no - Javascript is for sure not a problem here. Encoding in Websites are much more fun ;).

found it - I only allowed the ISO-8859-15 charset for tags because IPTC data in my testimages where like this.

Now I changed it the oter way around - I allow all data for input and encode the IPTC tags to utf-8.

I'll add this in the next small update.
