Hello!

The flash uploader sometimes times out. I've checked the documentation, and everything should be ok. The flash uploader has write and read access to the sessions directory it creates (admin/upload/sessions).

What should I do? I wont stopp all the time. Sometimes it workes fine. Other times not at all. Its not large images. Total queue of 8 mb or so.... 15 images

oh - i'm an idiot.

I just checked the cache removal time. For testing I set this to 60 sec. and not to 24 hours as it should be.

I'll update the download to 2.7.2 because I have optimized the code again a little bit because I make a code review right now.

I just installed the newest version for the new customer. The error is still there. This is a fresh install of the newest version (1.7.1). Used the installer, and nothing is wrong in the permissions or other settings. Frustrating!

What's wrong?

I'm trying the upload once more to get a clean debug of the current operation

the flash uploader goes through some images, and looks like it uploads all. but after a while i get the error. When I have a look in the directory there's no images whatsoever. I did try to resize the images while uploading

make sure the latest version of the flash is loaded - it seems like it could be a version stored in the browser cache.

This error can happen if not all required parameters from the flash are sent!
And in the latest version one more was added for security reasons.

Clear the browser cache and press shift reload a couple of times.
Then delete the admin/upload/session_cache folder.

Sorry mate. It worked better, but it still stopped with and error. At least the uploaded images stayed on the server now.

I followed your instructions. Deleted browser cache (god i have browser cache when I'm setting up websites), and I entered the server through ftp and deleted main session cache, and the uploader cache. Then I tried uploading once more. Got to 41mb og 82mb and then it stopped...

can you go to the admin/upload/session_cache folder and get the latest file there? It seems that the serialize part is maybe interfering with the unserialize part! Simply send me the file by email.

I also tried it with other browser to check. Using firefox normally. Tried ie now. Never been in any twg backend with that browser. However, still same result. It actually errored earlier
