I just uploaded a couple but they arent animated. How do I fix this?

Also how do I let it stay at its originall size?

this only works if you don't resize them.

$resize_only_if_too_big=true;

then the original size is used (if the images are smaller then the size you define as max). And the originals are used that should than be animated.

ok thanks. also how can i disable the rotate image buttons? I just want to use this for people to look at funny pics. I also want to add the navigation buttons below the pics and social bookmarking buttons, rating system and copy forms in the same place.

read the documentation - a simple search on the configuration page or in the config.php helps .
