Hi!

I have a private-external login before entering my gallery.

When users login they are able to comment on pictures.

I realized that their names weren't appearing. So the question is,

1) Is it possible to publish the NAME of the author of a comment? If yes:

2) ¿how do I pass the Username to TWG, since I have an external login?

Thanks a lot in advance for any possible help,

siran

twg does this for internal users if you do the appropriate settings.

set $enable_comments_only_registered
and put the name in $_SESSION["s_user"]

This is no real login but exactly what you need.

Hi again, it's me ! : )

I tried what you told me, and it works alright, but i have a some questions:

1) The "Comments" link is to be shown although $_SESSION["s_user"] is empty and $enable_comments_only_registered=true ?

2) Can I change the date-time format in the comments, as for only to show the date ?

Thanks!

Hi,

1. Empty != not set. You have to unset it.

2. You have to change the code to change the format.

Thanks again, /Michael !

The variable shouldn't be set if there's no username or if it's empty. I'll check...

BTW, the hour appears always as 3.40, but I checked the server time and it wasn't 3.40 ?!

Hi ! It worked perfectly...

But although I have $enable_selfregistration=false;, i have a message that "register clicking on login, right upper corner"

Can this be disabled ?

Thanks,

siran
